My apologies for not sending this email sooner. Thank you very much for the hog roast on Sunday. The meat was excellent and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I have had no complaints whatsoever.Can you also please pass on my thanks to Scott, who was amazing. He was so helpful and lovely with everyone and had to work hard to get everyone fed, which he did in a very short space of time for the amount of people we seemed to have there about 250.

Now the dust has settled from Saturday, we’d just like to say thanks again for doing such a fantastic job of the catering at our wedding reception. Everyone commented on how good the food was. The hog was cooked to perfection, the accompaniments were delicious, and the desserts were the best I’ve tasted in a long time. I was ready for a hearty lunch, and that was certainly what I got! Throughout the day I felt that you and your staff had gone above and beyond what was expected. You really pulled out all the stops, even though you weren’t always given the best facilities or instructions to work with! The service was excellent, everything was delivered with a smile and all our needs were catered for to perfection. We’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you. You did a thoroughly first-class job.

The hog roast and trimmings were themselves first class and even managed to convert a life long vegetarian back to the ways of meat eating! Chris and myself wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for helping Chris's 50th birthday celebrations go so well. The pig roast and all the trimmings were outstanding, as was evident by the size of the portions that all our guests were eating! The homemade summer puddings and strawberries and clotted cream also went down a treat. I would also like to comment on the excellent presentation of the food and the professional service provided by yourself and your staff which was second to none.
If I could steal a phrase from Marks and Spencer "it wasn't just a pig roast it was a Dave Haggett pig roast!!" which was exceptional. Chris and myself have held large parties for a number of occasions and will be doing so again in the future, and you will be top of our list for providing the catering.
