Chris and myself wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for helping Chris's 50th birthday celebrations go so well. The pig roast and all the trimmings were outstanding, as was evident by the size of the portions that all our guests were eating! The homemade summer puddings and strawberries and clotted cream also went down a treat. I would also like to comment on the excellent presentation of the food and the professional service provided by yourself and your staff which was second to none.
If I could steal a phrase from Marks and Spencer "it wasn't just a pig roast it was a Dave Haggett pig roast!!" which was exceptional. Chris and myself have held large parties for a number of occasions and will be doing so again in the future, and you will be top of our list for providing the catering.

Dave and his team were one of the caterers that we used last year at Plymouth Volksfest. I can without any doubt at all recommend their hog roasts.
