Our ethos has always been to source the very best free-range meat from local farms, with full traceability. As you will discover from this website, we can offer you a truly professional tailor-made service, to suit your requirements. We can supply anything from the basic hog-roast machine hire, to a full service which includes salads, rolls, stuffing, apple sauce and beautiful hand-made deserts. All our hogs are professionally carved by qualified butchers who have years of experience. We can even supply cutlery, plates, tables and chairs - plus waiting staff, should you require them. If you would prefer an alternative to pork, we also offer a very popular mixed spit-roast with joints of your choice.

We are able to cater for a wide range of events. Hog roasts are perfect for weddings, either as a main wedding lunch, or as an evening event. However, we don't just cater for large events - a hog, or spit-roast is an excellent option for christenings and family parties. We also attend corporate entertainment events.
