About D.J. Haggett

Our primary focus is upon top quality local products made with traditional wholesome methods. We are delighted to be supporting Westcountry Farmers, who supply key ingredients in our range of pies and pasties.

Our meat is well hung, this is essential we believe, for full flavour, and something rarely seen in supermarket meat.

Award winning product range

D.J. Haggett's Sausages are made in over 40 flavours from top quality natural ingredients, and our range of hand made pies are made from tried and tested 12 - year old recipes.

D.J. Haggett has won awards at competitions for pies, pasties and sausages which now total over 250 and you can see them all on display if you visit our shop. During recent years our area of supplying to the catering trade has also expanded and we are delighted to supply quality establishments locally, including Woodbury Park Golf Club, The National Trust and the Great Western Hotel, plus many other public houses that specialise in good wholesome food.

We have recently undergone a major refurbishment which has included the addition of a 2000 square foot general store (SPAR); selling local produce, un-homogenated milk, local bread cakes and fish. For photos, please take a look at our gallery.

D.J. Haggett considers a clean, modern working environment to be of great importance. Our shop is furnished to the highest standards and all of our deliveries to the catering trade are transported in our own temperature regulated van.
